What carpooling means on CoMiles
A private driver already planning a journey can offer available seats, while passengers can request a compatible route and time. CoMiles facilitates the match; it does not operate taxis or employ drivers.
Daily commute and office carpooling
Create one-time or recurring journeys for work, campus, airport, and other repeated routes. Matching considers route overlap, timing, availability, privacy rules, blocks, and an estimated driver detour.
Intercity ride sharing
Drivers and passengers can coordinate longer private journeys, including departure windows, pickup flexibility, stops, luggage, seats, and a reasonable contribution toward travel costs.
Costs, choice, and reliability controls
Participants settle directly by UPI or cash. Route, profile, workplace, rating, vehicle, women-controlled preference, reliability, trip-sharing, SOS, reporting, and blocking controls support informed choices but cannot guarantee another person’s identity or conduct.
Use CoMiles on your phone
Ride discovery, ride offering, chat, calling, and active-trip tools are available only in the iOS and Android apps. The public website does not require login or offer ride search.
