Carpooling in India · Mobile app only
Help colleagues share the drive—without turning work into a dashboard.
A simple way for colleagues on the same route to recognise one another and share a commute, with no employer console and no employee list.
There is nothing to buy and nothing to integrate
CoMiles is free during the beta, takes no commission, and needs no contract, no SSO integration, and no employee list. An employee verifies their own work email inside the app; that is the whole setup.
What workplace verification actually proves
A verified work email proves that the person controls an address at that email domain, on the day they verified it. It is used to help colleagues find colleagues.
It is not employment verification, not a background check, and not proof of a current role. Somebody who has left the company keeps the address until the company revokes it. CoMiles does not infer that two similar-looking domains belong to one organisation.
What an employer can and cannot see
Nothing. CoMiles has no employer console, no dashboard, and no report. There is no view of who at your company is carpooling, with whom, or how often — and building one would mean turning a commute into something an employer can watch.
If you need attendance, reimbursement, or ESG reporting evidence, CoMiles cannot supply it today. Say so before you plan around it.
Where this helps most
- Campuses with parking pressure and staggered shifts.
- Offices on a single arterial corridor — Gurugram, Noida, Aerocity, Udyog Vihar.
- Teams already running an informal WhatsApp carpool group that nobody maintains.
Talk to us before you tell your staff
CoMiles is beta software in a single region. If you are considering pointing a workforce at it, write first so we can tell you honestly what is and is not ready.
